Voice coaching is Perry Piercy’s passion: working with people who want to change the way they communicate, Perry specialises in helping people explore their vocal potential and their grow their unique presence. Perry is a freelance voice coach, who runs a regular voice class for actors in central Wellington, and often teaches at Rātā Studios.
She has taught internationally in London and in Singapore, as well as teaching extensively in New Zealand. She was a full time tutor at Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School for a number of years, and has been a frequent tutor at UCOL, WPAC, and Victoria University as a teaching fellow and a guest lecturer.
Perry is a familiar face from theatre and screen, bringing a wealth of practical experience to her voice coaching. She is a trained teacher, and an award winning actor and director.

She holds an MA Voice Studies (Distinction) from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and is the only Certified Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework© in New Zealand.
