A Conservatoire for Everybody

In February 2016, we introduced an exciting new development for musicians in Wellington, a Saturday* music school with a difference.

Using the best musicians and teachers available, known professionals in their fields, this music school will run along the lines of a conservatoire but be open to everybody (from school age to those in retirement) who want the best teaching and courses.

We are offering:

• Jazz programmes
• Individual Lessons in our sound-proofed teaching rooms
• Vocal Arts programme (includes workshops, masterclasses and our Young Voices programme)
• WELLSO Wellington Late Starters Orchestra

Our state of the art recording studio can be made available to those who wish to explores this option.
All ensemble groups have the opportunity to perform in show-case gigs from time to time.
