At Rātā Studios, we prioritise creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for everyone to explore their creative potential. From the student picking up a violin for the first time, to the actor ready to hit an international film set, we cater for all ages and stages of creative development within our specialised courses in drama, music, visual art, and creative technologies. With experienced and enthusiastic tutors, we infuse our studios with top-level skill and opportunities that often forge pathways straight into the industry.

We are based in the Creative and Performing Arts Centre at Scots College, and since opening our doors in 2013, we’ve built a reputation for excellence, thanks to our strong relationships with the creative industry and many of Wellington’s most respected arts professionals.
