Waitahi Aniwaniwa McGee is a multidisciplinary arts practitioner based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. Their practice moves between performance and facilitation, using play, storytelling, and collaboration to create spaces for creative risk, experimentation, and self-expression.
Waitahi has facilitated kaupapa including Māoriland’s E Tū Whānau Rangatahi Film Workshops and Te Ahu Taiohi Programme, alongside working across festivals, performances, and live events. They are also part of Haus of Haututu, an arts collective creating playful, community-centred work grounded in identity, storytelling, and collective making.
