Introducing Nicholas Baucke-Maunsell

Nicholas Baucke-Maunsell is a passionate musician and mentor with seven years of professional experience in the music industry. He studied at the New Zealand School of Music, where he did a bachelors and honours degree in Jazz Performance. 

Nicholas has many years experience as a freelance musician, which he feels has made him a self-disciplined, motivated, and adaptive musician. He plays in the Rodger Fox Big Band and has recorded and toured with this group for the past three years. Nicholas also leads his own Quartet and plays with many different bands around Wellington. He is a passionate teacher, currently teaching woodwinds at St Mark’s and Wellesley.
